Tamarack Hollow Preserve

The Tamarack Hollow Preserve was saved through the cooperative efforts of the Middlesex County Board of Chosen Freeholders and the Township of East Brunswick in August of 2007. A short drive from your New Brunswick temporary housing, the land remains as a patchwork of heavily wooded forest mixed with farmland that continues to support local agriculture. The gentle rolling terrain and variety of plants and animals make the Tamarack Hollow Preserve a top choice for passive activities such as hiking, walking, bird watching and photography. With two miles of hiking trails, Tamarack Hollow is a great family destination during both summer and winter.
