Unlike some neighboring states, Governor Murphy has kept indoor dining open throughout New Jersey since September 4th, so feel free to visit your favorite local restaurant or to try someplace new. There are, of course, certain restrictions. Restaurants may not exceed 25% of normal capacity, tables must be spaced at least 6 feet apart, buffets and indoor bar seating are prohibited, and customers must wear masks except while eating or drinking. Additionally, all indoor dining must close no later than 10:00 PM but outdoor dining, takeout, and delivery services may continue past that hour.
