Kite Day at Terhune Orchards

Explore the Terhune Orchards Spring Festival at Kite Day! Taking play May 1st and 2nd from 10 am to 5 pm, enjoy the most beautiful time on the farm. Ready for a bountiful growing season, bring your kite or pick up a ready-made kite from the farm store and get flying. The farm will ring with country music and entertainment all weekend. The sheep will be shorn on Sunday at 2pm with many other animals on site including pony rides and good old-fashion games. Listen to the sounds of country music as your kite dances in the wind. For all those hungry kite fliers, they’ll have lots of good country food. The whole family will enjoy Terhune Orchards’ famous apple cider, donuts, pies, country chili, soup and all kinds of cookies and goodies. Taste Terhune Orchards Vineyard and Winery wines in the open space of the Wine Orchard. Admission to the festival area is $10 and other items must be purchased separately.
