Maple Sugaring at the Environmental Education Center

Looking to learn something new? Head to the Environmental Education Center Saturday and Sundays in February for a Maple Sugaring Experience. Visitors will get see how trees are tapped, view sap-collecting methods past and present, and see the boiling process that produces delicious New Jersey maple syrup. This 90-minute program is conducted at our Sugar Shack, a ½-mile hike from the EEC. If you’re looking for a fun activity during your temporary housing in New Jersey, enjoy this new activity!
