Scotch Plains Fanwood Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service

The Scotch Plains/Fanwood community has come together for over a decade to remember, learn, and give back on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The day kicks off with an Opening Ceremony at 10am at the JCC of Central New Jersey on January 20, followed by volunteer opportunities from 11am to 5pm across Scotch Plains and Fanwood. Created by volunteers for volunteers, this annual event has become a celebration of the compassionate and interconnected community we build together. Volunteer activities are open to adults and families, with all children under 16 required to be accompanied by an adult. Give back and join your fully furnished housing in NJ community.
