Staying in a fully furnished apartment in New Jersey will feel like home with the scent of freshly baked cookies wafting through the air. We’ve found a super easy cookie hack that will help make warm, freshly baked cookies without the hassle or mess. These grinch inspired cookies require just 3 ingredients but taste delicious! All you need is 1 box cake mix of your choice, for this recipe we will use white cake mix, 2 eggs and ½ cup of vegetable oil.
1. Mix the ingredients together (eggs, cake mix, oil). For this recipe we will also add a touch of green food dye to really make these Grinch inspired.
2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees while you line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop tablespoon sized balls onto the sheet.
3. Optional: Press down slightly and add red, green and white M&M’s to the top
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes and viola! Chewy, delicious and grinch inspired cookies in no time.
