1. Family Handprint Christmas Tree
– Trace each family members hand on green paper multiple times
– Cut out the hands and arrange them in the shape of a tree; smallest hands on the top and largest on the bottom with finter tips facing down
– Add a star to the top, add a trunk and lets the kids minds go wild with decorations
– Be creating and find things around the house to add to your tree to bring some holiday spirit in!
2. Tissue Paper Wreath
– Welcome your guests this holiday season with a festive handmade wreath!
– Gather tissue paper, green is most traditional but use whatever you would like
– Cut a large donut shape out of card stock or paper. This will be the size of your wreath
– Spread glue across the surface of the circle
– Use a pencil or your finger tip to scrunch up the paper and attach it to the glue
– Continue this around the entire wreath until it is full to your liking
– Add some red pompoms or any other décor you have around
– Give as a gift or hang in your entrance way to make your rental more cozy
