New Jersey Folk Festival

On April 30th head to Rutgers University Campus for the New Jersey Folk Festival. Located near our New Brunswick temporary housing rentals, the family friendly day features three stages of music, dancing, craft vendors, children’s activities, and food. This year’s theme is “On the Move: Transportation and Migration” which highlights ideas of transportation, migration, and life in motion. This festival is not only for fun but it serves to educate people on the culture and history of traditional indigenous people, multicultural forms, and artists in New Jersey. It showcases the folk tradition and aspires to share it with the younger generations.
