Sourland Mountain Reserve

Getting the indoor blues during your short term leases in New Jersey? Head into the great outdoors and practice social distancing with a hike! A quick ride from our New Brunswick temporary housing is the beautiful Sourland Mountain Preserve in Hillsborough. Hike over boardwalks and through the boulders of Devil’s Half Acre and Roaring Rocks along this 5.4 mile hike. If you’re looking for something less strenuous, there is also a 1.4 mile “Maple Flats” trail as well as the 0.5 mile Pondside Circle. Either way, spend this time keeping yourself and family safe and healthy by enjoying the fresh air.
